Delivery
- Delivery, setup and pickupIncluded with every rental within 50 miles of ZIP 55112 — a $250 value at no extra charge. We deliver the trailer, set it up and pick it up when your event is over.

- Events beyond 50 milesFor events farther than 50 miles from ZIP 55112, we calculate the round-trip distance, subtract the 50 miles already included, and charge $2.25 per loaded mile for the rest. A location 55 miles away is 110 round-trip miles: 110 − 50 = 60 billable miles, or $135.00 added to your quote.

Optional
- Service attendant on site during your event

After you send your details we confirm your quote and email you a secure payment link for the flat $500 deposit, which holds your date and is deducted from your final price. The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days before your event, at which point it becomes non-refundable. The balance is due before delivery. Rentals longer than a month are quoted individually.
