Rental Terms
These are the working terms for rentals from Minnesota Event Restrooms LLC. They are a draft and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
Reservations and deposits
Checking a date does not hold it. A date is held tentatively when you submit your booking details and becomes a confirmed reservation once the deposit is paid. Tentative holds expire after 48 hours. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if you reschedule with enough notice.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the details you provide. If the event location, dates, duration or services change, the quote may change. Pricing shown on this site is placeholder pricing until our rates are published.
Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event and is non-refundable once paid. If you cancel before the balance is due, you are only responsible for the deposit. Cancellations made after the final balance has been paid are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your event to another available date if you notify us at least 14 days before your original event date. Your deposit and any paid balance will move to the new date. Rescheduling within 14 days of the event is allowed only at our discretion and may incur an additional fee.
Weather and force majeure
Ordinary weather such as rain, heat or cold does not cancel a rental. If severe weather, road closures, venue cancellation or another emergency makes delivery or use unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a refund at our discretion.
No-show or site not ready
If we arrive and the site is inaccessible, unsafe or not ready, the full rental amount still applies. Please make sure the placement area is level, clear and reachable by a tow vehicle at the scheduled delivery time.
If we cancel
If we cannot fulfill your rental due to equipment failure, emergency or another cause within our control, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including your deposit.
Site requirements
You are responsible for providing a reasonably level, accessible placement location and any permissions required by the property owner or municipality. If the site cannot safely accommodate delivery on arrival, charges may still apply.
Power and water access
Placing the trailer within 100 feet of a standard power outlet and a water spigot is strongly preferred. We supply a generator and water at no extra charge when hookups are not available, but proximity to real hookups gives the most reliable and quietest experience. Please tell us about site access when you book so we arrive prepared; if conditions differ from what was described, additional equipment or charges may apply.
Use, damage and cleaning
The trailer must be used as a restroom facility only. Damage beyond normal use, or cleaning required beyond the standard turnaround, may be charged separately.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental. Full terms will be provided with your rental agreement.
