When you check a date, request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, guest count and event location. If you pay a deposit, payment is handled by our payment processor and we do not store your card details.

To check availability, prepare your quote, deliver and service your rental, and to contact you about your booking. We do not sell your information.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and legal obligations.
